The dark skies shadow was on the land below Argus, he could feel the cool dark breeze brushing up against his exposed arm. The dark mark was out again as the wind whipped his shirt up revealing it along his sides. It was on the right side of him, he had hid it for anyone wouldn't trust a death eater to do their work for him. But he liked his new job much better as a hitman getting a job whenever someone needed a certain person killed. Other than that he remained unemployed if he needed something that someone had, that person was very unlucky. His eyes soon turned from the look of dark brown to pure black as the night washed over them. He was walking to where he could finally see his old friends, and colleagues, they didn't really matter to him. The only thing Argus ever wanted to do at the meeting were tell them how much he could do if he was feared as the dark lord, he would make a world where only purebloods rulled the lands and no which or wizard lived in fear of being caught by the muggles.
He reached the dark graveyard nobody had set foot on the dark lands except one of his old former friends, Meissa. They didn't get along much anymore, Argus used to have a bit of a crush on the dark women but he killed one of her boyfriends and ever since then they had never got along. Argus thought if he should just wait at the foot of the graveyard or walk up and greet the young women, he didn't want to start a duel this early to the meeting. Argus smiled as the grass whipped against his leg slicing his jeans open, this was the darkest of all the lands. He mouth formed a crooked smirk as he fixed his leather jacket and pulled on his black crystalled necklace. His dark eyes made slits as anyone could mistake him for a demon of the night, he was as dark as dark could be and didn't want anything to get in his way.
"Humph still a bitch," He said under his breath looking at Meissa staring into the cemetary. He shook his head as he made his first step into the vast graveyard, the tombstones looked grim and old. Not a new body in years it seemed, the old stones almost decaying on the spot. It was a nice place for a death eaters meeting all to comfortable, he was halfway in when he noticed some people wouldn't be in for quite awhile. It was still early in the night, and most of the death eaters were lazy without a dark lord to put them in their place they came whenever they pleased. Argus decided maybe he could talk to Meissa about this, they need someone to put more authority back into the Death Eaters name or they would never win the war that is soon approaching them.
"Hello Meissa, we need to talk," Argus said grabbing her arm and forcing her glare to him. She probably knew what was going to happen, and what he was going to talk about, they needed to choose a new dark lord. Then Argus remembered something, maybe she didn't even recongize him, this was the first time with his new name and new look. She was used to him looking more dark, the cape the longer hair always wearing his mask wherever he went. "Meissa it is me James, well now Argus Lucius Scott, you know what we need! We have no discipline in this place! The Death Eaters have become lazy and careless we are on the verge of a war! We will never win like this! Let me be our Dark Lord, or we will choose a new one! Without a Dark Lord we strike no fear into the hearts of our enemeies! Without a Dark Lord we will never win the war, purebloods and Death eaters will be a thing of the past!" Argus practically yelled with a tight grip around her bare arm his eyes locked dead into hers.

Dawson didn't bear the mark that others did, of course no one that was in school did, unless they were teachers, but having no mark didn't mean she wouldn't hear about the sudden meeting. She hadn't even been sure who had stopped her in the lonely corridor, but they had and only for a mere second to whisper the message. From hearing that Dawson made her way to the grounds and then away from Hogwarts. There wasn't the Dark Lord anymore, but that didn't mean she couldn't hurry to the meeting place. She wanted to be a death eater and she wanted to be at the meetings. They always were her favorite thing.
Unless, of course, something had gone wrong and the meeting was made for the bearing of bad news, which Dawson had every hope for it not to be.
Once outside the grounds she decided to apparate just outside of the location, deciding to walk just a little ways to get there. It never would be smart to apparate right on the site. What would you do if it were a set up and you had apparated right into a trap? Of course coming out of nowhere, still a student, and just a short ways from the meeting place wasn't exactly the safest either.
Looking around as her feet touched the cold ground, she spied only two others a distance away and decided that others weren't exactly rushing out to the site. If there were many others to begin with.
Taking cautious and soft steps, her pace still somewhat fast, she began to move to the couple, watching as the male grasped the lady on the arm and she slowed down a little bit. Maybe no others were there for a reason.
Suddenly his shouts were loud enough for even Dawson to hear, still a little ways away from the two. He was talking to her about a new dark lord and instantly I wondered who it was and I wondered if he would be taken seriously. Granted I still was faithful to the dark lord, though I'd never met the man, maybe we did need a new dark lord, one who could hold the death eaters together for now. Of course it sounds almost like treason. Not sure if she should continue to listen and continue to move forward for the destined location, Dawson hesitated before taking steps. What did she care if they spied her there? Noticed she had been listening? A meeting had been called and she had come for it. Walking forward with confidence she kept her head held high.

The cool of the night ran through his loose hair, causing it to whip up around his ears, an odd whistling noise traveling to his ear drums. It was without doubt a beautiful evening, the perfect weather for a meeting in the middle of a dark, overgrown cemetery. Being second-in-command, and eager, Malleus had arrived early. Originally, he had sat amongst the tombstones, in the grass that reached his knees. The dew-drenched blades made for a comfortable sit, but the damp that rapidly set into his skin tight jeans was slightly less comfortable. Sighing, he stood, looking around for a new spot to wait around in. Of course, the first place he saw was the alter that every meeting was held at, where this one would undoubtedly be held also, and with a grin settling on his face, his vision focused on the necropolis behind it. The quaint building built around the entrance was about 10 feet high, and would easily keep him out of the wet grass.
In a matter of seconds, Malleus was lying on top of the structure, one leg crossed over the other at the ankle, and his fingers lacing with each other. Satisfied, he closed his eyes and waited for the call that Meissa would be setting off at any point in time. In fact, now that he thought about it, he wondered where she was. It was unlike her to not be here already, yet he knew without a doubt that he was alon- Wait... There she is... He thought, as he heard a soft pop in the distance. He couldn't tell anybody how he knew it was her, he just did. Before long, he felt a searing pain in his chest. It felt as if someone was reaching inside, rooting around for something hidden deep within. He knew exactly what this was. This was the call for all Death Eaters to stop anything and everything they were currently doing to attend this gathering.
With the searing pain ebbing away, Malleus managed to gaze down at his chest, where his dark mark was hidden in plain sight. The skull that was placed amongst the rest of his tattoos there now had a snake lazily lulling around the bone mouth. It was actually a genious place for the mark. He was far from ashamed of his profession, and to have it there, for all to see whenever he wore permitting clothes, was a sign of his pride. He knew that it wouldn't be long until the others arrived, yet there was a presence already, not far off, but in a different corner of the graveyard.
What was weird was how Mal had no doubt that Meissa was aware of his presence just as he was of hers, especially after calling all the Death Eaters to arms, yet she said nothing as he continued to hide out where he was. There must have been a good reason for it, and before he could ponder any longer, he heard the mutterings of a male approaching the alter. Perhaps... He began to think, but was cut short as the male voice continued, this time in a more audible pitch.
Allowing curiosity to take over, Malleus continued to lay there as the male's dull tones dragged on and on about how he believed he should be the new Dark Lord. With every second, and every word that passed, he felt himself being filled with rage. How dare he think that just anybody can replace the Dark Lord!? He thought, curse upon curse flying through his mind, just begging to course their way through the slanderous dog's body. Nobody in their right mind could match the power that Lord Voldemort possessed, no matter how long they'd studied the Dark Arts.
Finally, Mal had had enough. Standing atop the necropolis, he saw the scene before him. Pulling out his wand, he silently cast a spell to forcefully knock the scumbag's hand from Meissa's wrist, and then gracefully dropped from the building, landing on his feet softly. "First of all, how dare you treat your superior with such disdain!?" He spat, such a fury in his eyes that anyone in their right mind would be cautious. His wand was still raised, the tip pointing directly between his eyes with unnatural balance. "Secondly, there isn't a single person alive that could match the power of Lord Voldemort!" He said, the venom in his voice blatant, "And even if it was so easy to replace that position, what makes you think that a lowlife such as yourself would possibly be able to fill it!?" There were so many things he wished to do right now, what with his wand perfectly aimed and his mind running a mile a minute with curses. Yet he stayed where he was, his wand unmoving, deciding to allow Meissa a chance to react to the situation aswell. Such a good start already, He thought, suppressing the chuckle that would usually follow a thought like this.

[/b] that was until his grip closed over the soft length of her arm and he turned her sharply towards him. Anger flared instantly at the gaul of the man, that he dare touch her and force his will upon her was an insult she would not stand for lightly. I suggest you remove your hand immediately if you are fond of its presence at the end of your arm venom and icy swirled hand in hand through the length of her words, hitting him with a steely intensity that would cause many to recoil immediately. As his words washed over them, she grabbed a few from the air with an angry interest that stemmed from the feel of his flesh on her own. When she discerned their meaning however, there was little she could do but scoff. Her ringing laugh cut through the air, surprisingly light for a girl such as she despite the heavy feeling of scorn that hung on every note. .
There was little anger flaring inside her at the words he was spewing forth at her, just amusement and a hint of disbelief. Surely this was not a serious suggestion, that anyone, let alone this man could replace her Father was a ridiculous idea, and that such a member of her Dark Army were to suggest they just forgot about the great man behind the heavy bars of Azkaban as if he were a mere leader to be swept under the rug, was unforgiving.
Before she could retaliate more she let the laugh end, the silence following it rushing up to swallow them both until a flash of light sparked in her vision, releasing her from the grip of the man. There was no doubt as to who had turned his wand upon the culprit and there was no doubt as to his reaction to such a situation, his vengeance would be swift. Pride danced in her eyes as she stepped away from the man who had touched her and she crossed the stone to stand beside the heavily tattooed man who had his wand trained upon the others chest. With a slow croon that was half teasing she whispered My hero at Malleus before turning back to Argus. Deciding this was no moment to fight amongst herself she straightened, eyes fixed on his before she continued. I suggest you retract your previous statement Scott and remember where your loyalties lie, or we will take great pleasure in reminding you. Though her wand was not in her hand, the promises in her eyes were enough to make any man question himself.
Argus's grip was tight on Meissa's cold arm she remained unresponsive except for a quick crued sentence. This was not a day where Argus was going to be messed with, he grip clenched tighter as he was close to breaking her arm. His fingers were making the blood rush to to spots on her arm lighting it up with a dark reddish color. His eyes were still as slits as they were pitch black beneath the eye lids that concealed them, the wind whipped his short hair around as a smrik grew to his face. His wand was out of reach it was hanging in his pocket lower than the arm that seized Meissa, he wanted to grab it to enforce a little more authority, but that was out of the question. Meissa would run like a scared little girl if someone were to knock his hand from her arm, she doesn't have the guts to try and remove his arm from her.
Then almost as Argus thought it a wave rushed into Argus's arm knocking it away, his arm fell down grabbing his wand on the way. Nobody could of noticed the slick move, and Argus was right about what Meissa would do, run away from the bad guy. She was so powerful but never used it once in front of Argus, he was starting to think she was all talk. Argus started to feel rage, after the boy said words not to be spoken to someone who is a great threat to his life, Argus's eyes turned a dark red as his hand clenched around his wand. He mumbled a spell under his breath as a ripple was sent through the ground, quickly around him in a diameter, the wave of earth shot beneath their feet tripping both Malleus and Meissa down to the ground. Within seconds of them falling Argus turned around twisting his body to the point where his wand was facing the boy.
"Expelliarmus!" Argus yelled as the boys wand flipped up into the air Argus was quite the athlete after his years of training for a skilled assassin. The two shortly noticed as Argus flipped in the air soon kneeling next to them keeping his wand pressed tight to their flimsy throats, with one false move he could kill both of them. His mind thought of what they said, he chuckled at their stupidity, Voldemort was no great wizard. He was a good one with a powerful title, any man to challenge him to a duel could kill him with his vulnerable fighting style. The dark lord is just a man with a title nothing more than to just sit back and let his minions do his work. This was not the case, he didn't trust Meissa with the job after her ignorance today, and this boys rash behavior now made him seconds from death.
The cold dark air flew around them as Argus's spells connected with the darkness of their surroundings. Maybe now they would listen as they were close to death, Argus was fond of the Avada Kadarva curse, now if any of them moved it would be their wrong doing. "Now, where was I?" Argus chuckled having them both at his mercy and them being able to do nothing about it. "Anybody could be the god damn dark lord, I could be, well nevermind, not everyone could be. We at least need someone who wouldn't make rash decisions and get yourself stuck like this, and we need someone who is more than just talk about all of their powers they have," Argus said in a cold voice directing the last piece to Meissa, he had no idea of her powers but he was sure if she would run away than face him themself.
"A Dark Lord would allow discipline, because I see not a lot here to the Death Eaters. Do you two see this or are you blind? There are four of us here! Four Death Eaters at a fucking Death Eater meeting!" He yelled into their faces, the Death Eaters had no right to be this late. "And god damn one of them isn't even a Death Eater yet, just a damn supporter. This is just pathetic, if you look at this and you want a dark lord right here and right now, I propose a duel, between the three of us," Argus chuckled, he had mastered many spells of the dark arts such a long time ago. "Me, versus Meissa, versus this boy, is he even old enough to be a Death Eater yet?"
Argus stood up and took a step away from the two lying on the ground, he raised his wand. "Incendio!" Argus yelled letting a circle of fire engulf the area around them, he had one circle big enough but just before the young supporter. He had made the dueling arena, he figured Meissa already had her wand on him and Argus looked at the other wand still held tight in his right hand. He chuckled as he figured the young boy wouldn't know enough spells to match his or Meissa's power if he wanted to. He tossed the flimsy wand into the air towards the ring of fire as he pointed his own wand at the flying wood. "Depulso!" A small wave shot the wand right outside of the huge ring and Argus stood there near the fire. He could feel the heat scorching his back as he waited for the two to stand up, hoping the boy would leave. "Well now, let the games begin."

[/b] the words were spat forcefully, a living reminder of the effect her Father had on people, though if the situation worsened she would turn into the shrieking replica of her Mother, a woman that never let a little thing like her temper get in the way of blasting the undeserving far from her sight.
It was not a secret that many question the hand of authority with which Meissa governed her Fathers army, but if they wanted something so undignified as an example of the power with which she could squash them like insects with the heel of her shoe, then so be it. Gripped loosely in her fingers the wand that she held was like an extension of herself the dark wood rippling excitement at the promise of the magic that was about to flow through it. From a young age she had wielded this wand, honed and taught by those that had no equal, and now it was hers, hidden from the Ministry when they sought to break it in two, destroying the symbol that so many had followed for decades. Turning her mind to the matter at hand she gave a small smirk to the man at her side, her second in command and her best friend, if she could choose to have the entire masses of her army behind her or that single man, then she would choose him. There was no end to his ruthlessness and his blood lust rivaled that of her own.
For now, however, they had a particularly annoying cockroach to exterminate, and if he carried on this way he would not be coming back from any nuclear war in the future. Though the ground beneath her moving was a curious little phenomenon it was hardly impressive, muggles could have done it for heavens sake with a little machinery and as he sought to uproot her she blasted away the last collapsing ground that ran to her, stopping the oncoming wave of dirt in its tracks as easily as she had lit the end of her wand with light. Really, an assassin that did little but throw small mud clots at you? How pathetic. The look in her eyes was nothing but scathing as she watched him, like an adult humoring a small boy who thought they could actually do something that was completely beyond them. As he threw his pitiful imitation of Potters favorite spell towards her she scoffed, flicking the effects away easily as she gave a cutting laugh. You call yourself a servant of the Dark Lord yet you favor his enemies richeous little spells? Death Eaters were not taught to disarm, they were taught to disable and kill.
Watching the ridiculous sow of gymnastics she couldn't help but laugh once more, this wasn't the ballet, flips and swirls did not impress people like this, but if he wanted to make a fool of himself further, then so be it. With a flick of her wand she threw a spell at him, the words spoken in her head, wrapped in secretly like she had been taught to do long ago, to throw curses audibly in a curse was foolish and naive. As the spell flew towards him, eagerly eating up the air between it and his body, seeking to collide with his skin and burn the top layer of skin as it threw him from his feet, she glanced at Malleus and those surrounding them that were watching with barely hidden amusement at the way this unknown man thought he could question the authority of such a woman.
Keeping her eyes trained on him she let out a small sigh, the air gushing from between her lips in a bored way. For this man to even entertain the thought that he could become a match for both of them was just plain foolish, since they had been teenagers they had been involved in the plans of wizards far greater than he could ever wish to be, and here he stood, pointing is wand at them as if it were a weapon to be feared and not just another piece of wood to be shattered by a carefully placed spell. Ignoring his words she waved a hand in a condescending manner, asking him to hurry on. Yes that was a very nice speech Scott, now do you have a valid point, or simply a death wish? scorn ran through her voice as her apparent dislike for being yelled at showed, was he a fool? Of course there was no immediate action for them to appear, Meissa was a cruel woman but she would not torture people for being absent, so why would people hurry? Once they had something to fight they would be here.
My dear boy a condescending title of course, but did he deserve a better one? If you would look around I suggest you take a look in the shadows, maybe behind a tombstone or two whilst he had been throwing curses around many more spectators had appeared (as we only have 5 DE's registered it make sense to assume others that are not played by us are there as background), keeping back to watch the show of the foolish man who attempted to thwart their leader.
Finally she reached her limit and her eyes rolled back in the inside of her, this was surely a joke You are pathetic, you are no leader for great men, you deserve nothing more than to crawl back into the hole that bore you and rot for eternity in your own arrogance, you look down on us for our age? Well I look down on you for your cowardly roots, what did you parents ever do for the war? They stood back whilst greater Death Eaters took the fall. You are not fit to stand before me and ask for such a thing, and if a brain cell remains in that over blown head of yours I suggest you step down now there was pure venom in her voice as she finished, her final word almost shrieked at the young man in a way that was purely Bellatrix Lestrange. Meissa was truly her parents daughter and if anyone needed to be reminded such then she would not hesitate to deliver.
The fire raged in instant and with it flew her temper. Enough! she shouted, authority high and ringing, if this man did not fear her than it was his own misfortune but she would not be forced into a duel, the terms were hers. In seconds the flames were doused, her wand in her hand hardly mobile, but the spell had pulsed out to force the flames from the atmosphere. You have no authority here. with that she pointed her wand high, directly at the man on the floor and whispered cruelly crucio as the unforgivable curse flew from her wand, eager to wrap around its victim she couldn't help but smile, the spell was unescapable, there were no shields strong enough to withstand the curse when it shot from the end of her wand, no matter how strong the defender, all he could hope for was pity.
So her actions are more than just fragile words. Argus thought at spell after spell was flung out, her number one man was still on the ground like a whimpering little school boy. This would be a duel to remember, he finally had a challenge for the first time in this pathetic world. A smirk came to his face as she finally had her wand aloud, a nice wand known by many, and he was surprised to know it hadn't already been destroyed. It was funny to see how many death eaters had arrived after a little show had been put on for them to watch. Argus looked around the arena nothing at all to be shown the wand of the little boy still flung out amongst the flames. He wouldn't be surprised if the flames had engulfed the poor boys little flimsy wand, he could tell in his hands the wand had not much power at all.
Argus's eyes glowed a darker red as he sensed Meissa's wand upon him, then with a forceful blow to his chest he was knocked back slightly scorched by the flames. It would take more than swift moves and low level spells to win a fight like this, he was surprised at her level of magic. Unable to speak the words but forcefully push him to the ground, he smirked as he easily reclaimed his footing back onto the massive field. His wand was in hand ready to counted any spell that she had ready, he knew a spell to concur all others it would just take her level of magic against his if they both spoke the evil twisted words. He looked into her eyes as they were far off from his, the magic lurking between him, the viewers outside of the ring of fire. Maybe this would work just as good as having a dark lord, it seemed after a little magic was in the air Death Eaters came quicker and at high numbers he could sense many were there but would never let his eyes leave the dark woman before him.
"So you actually do have some power in that little body of yours, maybe you could take your fathers place as a dark lord," Argus knew Meissa's greedy ways, she would love to be the dark lord, and with what Argus saw she had potential, but would it be enough to put him in his place. "You have potential, but that doesn't mean you have beaten me yet woman, I am much more skilled than what you expect me to be," Argus smirked looking at her as another spell was cast by her not even twitching her wand. Maybe Argus should play the game she is, no spell shall be spoken in this unforgivable battle as the ring was doused around them. A demented smile came upon his face as he sensed another curse about to come his way, he sensed the power of it too. It had to be one of the curses Argus had ready at the end of his wand as well, as the grass quickly moved to wards him after the spell had been unleashed, Argus had no choice but to use a spell he knew would match it or beat the power. In his mind the killing curse was said, a green light had struck out of his wand meeting her curse with ten fold.
The curse sent to wards him was easily knocked dead in its tracks and shot the green light high up in the sky deflecting Argus's own curse with parallel power. "The Cruciatus curse is the best you can do for the daughter of man who killed many upon many with the curse I just used before you!" Argus smirked, she had no power or skill in this battle she just threw spells around negating and weak ones. "You will have to do much more than that, even the spells known by the Potter family I have mastered, because if you did not know this now, my dad was quite fond of the potters before your pathetic dad killed them," Argus smiled letting her know he only killed the potter family at the week point with their new born child. "And he couldn't even kill their only son, he still even lives today! You haven't even took revenge upon him," Argus shook his head hitting all of her week points and talking wickedly about her father.
"And another thing, don't ever compare me to my parents, they are pathetic and never deserved anything a day in their lives, they tried to keep me from this power to siding with you and everyone else, even giving me the same name as the Potters little boy, now its changed to a more powerful name," Argus noticed as a man started moving to wards him from out in the field, he removed his mask to be his father. "Do you want me to show you how loyal I am and how much I would kill for this group, even a pathetic Death Eater deserves to die, one that will betray your own group," Argus smiled as the words 'Accio father' were spoken and his dad was rushed to him. His dad fell to the ground as Argus broke his left leg and removed the wand from his hand, with one move he snapped it and rested his hand on his fathers shoulder. His father was in to much pain to make a swift move. "I am not owned by you Meissa I am loyal if you give me a job but you do not own me, I could of killed the Potter boy myself if I was born back then, but this worthless scum didn't help your father one damn bit, just stayed back in the shadows," Argus chuckled as he repeated the killing curse pointing the wand at his fathers neck. His hand released his shoulder and his father fell to the ground as the green light shot from the holes on his face. "If you want me back come get me, but I won't stay with a army that will lose, it is pathetic, if you want me I will be gathering real death eaters ones with much more power than this," Argus said walking away into the darkness of the night barely visible by his last word.
Argus caught quite a chuckle on how she just talked and talked about how worthless he was, he had challenged her to a duel, and she couldn't keep up to it. Argus just smirked as he walked away listening to her bitch and whine, Argus thought he would put this meeting to a pretty short one in a few seconds, barely anybody was around him and he was almost out of sight of Meissa's glare. She was still such a child, and needed to see more battles, the protection spell was a temporary charm. If Argus was there the smarter decision would of been to take the damn kid instead of being locked up by him so many years later. He ran off and let the kid grow to be a powerful wizard, Argus wondered if maybe one day him and Meissa would finally have a battle where she would use her magic.
Argus reached a new Death Eater that had come to this place, he spoke the imperio curse in his mind along with the orders to walk up to Meissa and strangle her with his bare hands. Argus chuckled wondering what she would do with the suprise of a random Death Eater betraying her for no reason. He just kept walking until he got a far distance away. There was nothing else to say nothing else to do, Argus would meet with Meissa another day with his own army at his side. He would cast spell after spell as they dueled, to the death, it would be a glorius day nobody to interfere between them as they both pitted their skills against eachother. A smirk grew and he couldn't wait for the day they would meet eye to eye again.
Argus looked back at the group of Death Eaters and the one making his way closer and closer to Meissa as he walked at a faster pace. Argus just shook his head as he had to do what was done first he pulled the mask out of his jacket and cursed it to the feet of Meissa to show he was done with the death eaters. He chuckled as he cast a spell sending him back into the deep streets of London, his time as a Death Eater was up, and it was now time to be a leader of a new army. No allegence to the Order, the Death Eaters, or the headmistress, this would be a new army unheard of and their only goal to wipe out the pathetic Death Eaters they have today..

OOC: If you EVER try to decide upon the actions of my character again, I will see to it that you're kicked from this site so fucking fast you won't even see it coming. I'm only humoring you now because a few posts have already past and you're character is now being the coward and running away.

Everything happened so fast that even Malleus himself didn't know what was going on. One moment he was taking a glimpse at Meissa, a smile crossing his lips at her words. My hero. The words rang in his head over and over. Until before he knew it, his wand was being snatched from his hand. He watched as it flew over their heads, spinning in all different directions until it finally landed in the palms of the traitor. He didn't even know who he was, yet now he was out for blood. Nobody took away his wand, least of all a self-righteous bastard like him.
That was when it happened, a piece of debris flew from a destroyed tombstone, caused by one of the several curses flying around, and hit him in the head. At first, the determination that Mal had acquired from his new target caused him to ignore anything such as pain. Unfortunately though, as he began to charge at the guy, the blood left his brain, causing him to stagger and finally, fall to the side. The last thing he remembered seeing was his wand being cast aside like a twig. Then everything went black.
When he finally came to, Malleus saw no flames, heard no yelling, and could see no dead bodies. Standing to his feet swiftly, he gathered up his wand from the place he last saw it land. With unbridled fury, he looked from one end of the graveyard to the other, looking for the scumbag that he intended to get revenge upon. It was one thing to disrespect his superiors, but to shame one of them, no matter how unintentionally? It was unforgivable. Just as he thought this, his eyes fell upon the culprit, fleeing from the scene. He was still not too far away, and could easily be reached on foot.
With his wand back in his hand, and a new rage burning through his body, Mal set off at a run, chasing down the scumbag as he fled too. As he got closer however, he witnessed Argus stop to place a curse upon a Death Eater that just arrived, a curse that he recognised with certainty. It was the Imperius curse, and he was certain the nature of that curse. Unfortunately, in times like these his mind was never clear, and he did the first thing he thought of to stop the newly cursed Death Eater whilst not wasting any time that could be spent in pursuit. Avada kedavra! He thought, slicing through the air and watching as the spell silently left his wand and hit the target dead on, causing the unknown masked figure to collapse in a heap on the floor. It was a shame, but desperate times called for desperate measures.
Without pausing for even a moment, Malleus continued after Argus who had now stopped a short distance away. His hatred was so strong that he didn't even concentrate on casting his curse silently, instead he used every ounce of despise in his body to back it up. "AVADA KEDAVRA!!" He screamed, once again swiping at the stale air with his wand like a sword through butter. He skidded to a stop to watch his final attempt at revenge on Argus, only to find himself utterly enraged as the spell passed through the place he was standing and hit the tree directly behind. He had apparated just before Mal's curse could reach him. Raising his head and looking up at the nighttime sky, he released a gut-wrenching scream, all of his anguish apparent in the single, ongoing note that pierced the dead air.
Turning on the spot, Malleus apparated himself, right back to Meissa's right side. His breath was heavy and his eyes screamed that he needed to kill. "Fucking weasel apparated before I could kill him..." He gasped between breaths, "Mark my words, I will find him, and his end will come."

[/b] her words were a half whisper, the emotion that ran through it showing she would not be accommodating for anyone who should choose to foolishly answer her Does anyone else have an opinion on the matter? Does anyone else want to present themselves as the new Dark Lord the name of her father was spat forcefully from her mouth, conveying her disdain that anyone could step into the shoes of the man that had made her.
With fingers still intwined with the man by her side she waited, body stiff as she forced patience into her mind, forced her hand not to twitch and reach for the slender dark piece of wand that she had tucked only moments before back into the folds of her midnight black dress. Once she had discerned that there would be no more uproar within the masses she let out a tired sigh and turned to see the fury dance in the eyes of her closest friend. There were not yet enough people for her to address the subject she had brought them here to discuss, so they would wait, and she would be thankful for the moments piece that it would present.
Meissa had not missed the spell that he hand flung from his wand, slicing the night air with a ferocity that still, to this day surprised her. To see the young boy she had encountered when she was was doing little more than crawl around on her bare knees, shriek the killing curse at another human, would be forever surreal. Pushing back any thoughts of how she had, once again had her life threatened in a way that was less than deserving and slightly tiring she rose up on the tiptoe of her lacquered black stilettos to touch the soft skin of his. Though the surface was covered in thick dark hair, her fingers came away wet and she didn't need the senses of a vampire to recognize the smell of blood when the coppery air assaulted her nostrils.
She did not bother with the condescending question of his current position, he was not OK, that was plain to see. Hatred emanated from his every pour as it burned through the oxygen around them, instead she gave his hand one last squeeze, surprised at herself for such a lingering show of affection before she let him slip from between her fingers, no longer physically united in their fight.

Taking deep breaths, Malleus tried to calm himself, to keep the beast within under control. Deep breath in... How dare he!? Deep breath out... If he ever shows his face again, he's a dead man! Deep breath in... Oh the rest of his life had better be spent in hiding! Deep breath out... For his own safety! The cycle continued, a deep breath to calm himself down, and a vengeful thought to counter balance the effect. He was getting nowhere fast. Then again, with someone who went as berserk as he did, it's a surprise that he wasn't on the ground right now, his heart caving in upon itself. It was actually rather scary how he left his emotions get the better of him just then. He was a trained killer, he couldn't allow these things to get in the way. His entire existence, and the existence of anybody close to him, relied on his being calm and under control.
His breathing was still harsh and shallow, and it seemed as if he would never be able to come back down from his display of rage. Even as he gazed into Meissa's eyes, they blurred, and he saw through her, into the vast nothingness, the only thought on his mind was the eventual death of Argus Scott. It was on the verge on consuming him, when suddenly he snapped from his obsessive thoughts. The cool, delicate fingers that slid between his own rough ones brought him back to earth, back to a calmer reality, back to Meissa's comforting eyes, the eyes of a killer to most, but the eyes of the only girl he ever had, and ever will, trust. Just the fact that, even though she would never say it in front of the their followers, she was there for him, in any way he needed, was enough to begin to calming process. Though his breath was still shallow, his blood began to cool, the bubbling mass of hatred ebbing away as he just held her stare with his own. The fury in his eyes slowly turned to affection.
When Meissa rose her hand to his head, finding the exact spot that the rock had hit him, Malleus sighed, allowing his head to gently drop, resting upon her own. Where their foreheads met, he could almost sense exactly what she was thinking, or maybe it was just what he hoped she was thinking. The days when they were younger seemed so much easier to him now he was older. He remembered the days when the two of them would just sit amongst the grass and play with dirt for hours upon end, boredom not even a word in their vocabulary, let alone something they could feel. The days of innocence were a blessing to them, but it wasn't long before the two of them together were brought drastically into the real world. Being best friends with the daughter of the Dark Lord meant that he grew up just as fast as she did, learning the same things she did whenever they were together. It was mostly for this reason that they were so close. It was a bond like no other, nothing could compare.
Eventually, they separated, their hands unlacing and his head lifting away from hers. With a weak smile, Malleus nodded at her, a slight sign that he was doing better now. Of course, it wasn't enough of a gesture to truly explain how it was mostly because of her that he'd managed to completely calm down, but knowing how both their minds worked, she would probably have some sort of idea. Now, however, the moment was over, and they had business to attend to. "So when do we get this show on the road?" He asked, taking his wand and casually casting a spell on the open wound on his head. The warmth that spread across left behind a slight shiver from the sudden temperature change.

Darkness peered into the air, the dark mists forming around the moon lit sky, tree's shadows blocked the view of the wonderful place he was at. And the only time he would ever possibly see his family, yet he always tries to avoid them, he doesn't like seeing them and it would just cause an argument to occur in the sacred lands. Issac apparated here from his lovely job at the daily prophet, he knew that being a death eater would help him easily gain shots no other photographer could get, being right in the middle of the battle. He stepped in the lands, looking at the tombstone where the Dark Lord himself was almost sent over from that Potter, it had always been a dream of Issac's to see if he could better Harry Potter, the boy who lived.
Issac kneeled down reading the letters, it stated Voldemorts real name, with the Dark Lord underneath of it, his birth date filled but his death date empty. Issac smirked, he expected to die, that is so weak of someone to think like that, but he wasn't going to insult the Dark Lord whom he was just honored to fight by his daughters side. Issac stood up straight fixing his clothes, the ones he only wore during death eater meetings because they weren't particularly his style. Issac dressed in a tight black t-shirt that hugged his body, he wore black skinny jeans running along his legs with black chucks, he had it all covered in a black trench coat. Issac just smirked walking through, he didn't know how to dress to well at the meetings but he was confident he was the hottest person there hands down.
He looked through few people were there, but he saw some people up near the top of the graveyard. It was foolish behavior, someone claiming we needed a new dark lord, then Issac looked around, he did have a point with the Death Eaters slacking on arrival time, maybe they would even slack on arriving to a battle. There was always order and obedient behavior when Voldemort was here, if only they could break him out of his cell, it would aid these people in every way. He could bring back power, but Issac had heard of many other people saying Harry Potter was the leader of the order, without a strong leader, stronger than lord Voldemort himself they would never be able to succeed with their plans, it would just be a waste of time. Issac just shook his head at the thought, it wouldn't matter at all no matter how strong their leader was they had the strongest wizard on their side and he had just been getting better with age. He didn't even know what was going on, lord Voldemort is sitting inside his jail cell nothing is telling him whats going on, he is clueless and forgotten by many people.
Issac's eyes shot up as he noticed spells being cast and people doing flips in the air, he rolled his eyes as he noticed a girl just standing there watching. Score,Issac thought the girl didn't seem to much younger than he was, and she seemed to be a junior member, his smirk grew as he saw that. She was young and beautiful, the fight was a distraction as he moved closer to her, he figured he could score in something tonight besides watching a fool try and out do Voldemorts daughter. As Issac was walking he noticed many more people arriving, the sense of the forbidden curses must of drawn them in no doubt. Finally he reached the girl, she was even more beautiful closer up, he put on his smile as he took off his trench coat folding it over his arm. He looked up the fighting had stopped and one of them had gone away, Issac shock his head once more as he watched the beautiful girl before him. "Hey beautiful, I saw you across the cemetery, you caught my eye, even after all of this," No pick up lines yet, he could tell by the way she greeted herself and acted if he was going to get anything tonight.
Cocky though he was, Geoffrey knew when to leave well enough alone. The spells that erupted from the wands and the graceful movements that made Meissa seem even more powerful kept him hanging in the shadows of the aging trees and over grown gravestones. He listened to the shouts that echoed around the foreboding grounds and shook his head ruefully. Who did that git think he was, talking to Lord Voldemort’s daughter in such a way? And with Malleus right there... Tch, surely he wasn’t that foolish. As the scene played out, it appeared that he was.
The proverbial smoke settled once Argus disapparated, though the irritation and promises of death still hung in the air like a wire stretched taut. It was a mistake of his fault that he thought he would be able to get away with such a ridiculous venture. No one threatened verbally, let alone physically, a daughter of the great Lord Voldemort. Those who did... Well, both Meissa and Semella could take care of themselves, nevermind they had more than enough people that would stand by their sides and duel to defend them. And that was basically his lot in life, it seemed. At least at this point in time.
The tall, unkept grass brushed against his slacks, some of the stronger fronds catching and pulling vainly against the fabric, as he approached the circle that had always been the stuff of legends and bedtime stories. Trees and headstones rose up from the old ground and created an almost perfect circle where Malleus and Meissa now stood. Geoffrey watched there moment, but he remained silent. It wasn’t his place to ruin something that, he assumed, was meant to be kept private. He heard several pops in the distance, announcing the arrival of members and supporters alike, but none of them made for the inner circle. What had just transpired, Geoffrey assumed, kept them at bay.
At last Malleus spoke, his anger once again leashed and for now controlled. Geoffrey would not be one to forget how easily the man before him could issue the killing curse. ”Perhaps we should wait for more of us to arrive,” he suggested, but there was little sincerity in his voice. ”Though it may be better to make them play catch-up if they aren’t going arrive in a timely fashion when called.” His own arrival to the top of the graveyard had only been halted by the duel that had erupted before his eyes once he had apparated to the lonely place, the Dark Mark still burning harshly beneath the sleeve of his black sweater. Had it gotten out of hand, which he doubted possible with who Argus had picked a fight with, he surely would have hastened his approach.
