Usually what she wears is impeccably neat, as despite her odd styles she doesn't want to look trashy.
GENERAL DESCRIPTION: Lucy isn't considered to be a very typical beauty, unlike her older sister and many of her cousins. For years she's worn her coppery hair extremely short and rather spiky, but she's well known for experimenting with her looks. On occasion she'll add extensions so that she can tie her hair up, or dyeing it blonde just for something different. Her silvery-grey eyes match her mothers', and are rather wide, often giving her the mistaken appearance of innocence. A delicate nose and gentle lips finish up her near blemish free face. A scattering of freckles cover her thin, petite body, though they're rarely visible except in the summer months. Though she may have a petite frame, she should not be mistaken for weak. Lucy is extremely tough, even if she's not particularly muscular.

BIOGRAPHY:
On a cool winter's evening, Lucille Ginevra was born into one of the many sprawling branches of the Weasley clan, the second and the last of two daughters of Percival and Audrey Weasley. If it weren't a non-leap year, she would have been incredibly close to being a leap year child, off by only a couple hours. Her sister, Molly, was already four years of age and a fairly proficient older sister. They were fairly close during their childhood years, a relationship that would come and go over the years. Much of her time was spent with her sister and her countless cousins, though all but Hugo were older than she.
It was a fairly normal childhood, as normal as it could be for a large family of witches and wizards. Lucy had inherited her father's infamous temper, a trait that would cause many problems for her over the years. Between temper tantrums and talking back, Lucy was always the loud-mouthed one, though she still - somehow - managed to keep a pleasant relationship with her family. Molly was always daddy's girl, because she was the smart one, but Lucy was probably more like her father than Molly. Ambitious, hotheaded, stubborn, independant... she had no idea that her father had once been a lot like she was. The difference was that Lucy liked to have fun rather than focus on boring things like learning.
Her tune barely even skipped a beat when she headed to Hogwarts. Her sister had been top of her class for years, and everyone was expecting Lucy to do the same. But Lucy couldn't bring herself to apply in most of her classes. For all anyone knew, she was just as smart as her sister, but Lucy never cared to find out. She was the one who was the most outspoken in class - and not necessarily on topic - and the heart of her house's parties. As long as she passed every year, she could care less about what her marks were.
Her parents thought otherwise. Between the amount of letters they received about Lucy breaking rules - it was the best way to have fun - and her fairly low marks - in comparison to her sisters' - they decided to have a 'talk' with her about everything. Things had to change, she had to stop acting like an unruly child. Fortunately, her sister had always been one to point out their differences, how Molly always got higher marks than Lucy did, how Lucy was the lesser of the two, how their parents were much more supportive of Molly. It fueled her competitive drive, made her want to work harder to beat her sister even as she wanted to slack off, though it brought a great deal of resentment with it. Finally she had a reason to work harder, which pleased her parents. On top of that, she stopped breaking quite so many rules. She had always toed the line before, but she decided to stay well away for it for a while, at least until her parents calmed down. She wasn't exactly rebellious, she just wanted to have fun. Lucy did understand that they needed to go to Hogwarts to learn how to use magic, but all the History and boring reading she found useless. Lucy was talented in practical magic, not in the theoretical, and she definitely enjoyed duelling.
Even as she began to work a bit harder, her sister slacked off. It was her sister's last year, yet for some reason the older girl had decided that school was no longer important. The Head Girl, the Ravenclaw, daddy's little girl had decided to slack off. Instead of using her sister as reason to prove her point that school wasn't important, Lucy decided to keep working so that her father didn't blow up over both of his daughters. She was secretly pleased that Molly had come around to what Lucy had begun to think of as 'her way', where happiness came before school.
For the next year or so, Lucy kept her work up as her sister slacked off. She decided to give her sister a chance again, since they'd become rather distant while Molly poked fun at Lucy's lower marks. Now that Molly had joined 'her side' Lucy allowed her back in, especially after Lucy graduated. Though she had a good amount of OWLs and few NEWTs, she was happy. Lucy had discovered a love of performing arts in her time at Hogwarts, and set out to pursue that career. Unfortunately, no opportunities arose, so she decided to take a job at her uncle George's store where she could at least have some fun and even help out making new products. She rented a flat above the store, and set to work.
While it was fun, it wasn't what she wanted. She wanted to act, to sing, to dance. It seemed, though, that she'd have to go to the muggles to get her shot at stardom, and Lucy wasn't ready for that. Instead, with her newfound money, she bought herself a motocycle and set out to have as much fun as possible while she still could, before the brewing war set the wizarding world off its rockers. Lucy joined the Order of the Phoenix in order to try and stop it, but even she knows that war is going to start. Fighting, duelling the bad guys, she thinks it's glamorous, though she might be about to get a dose of reality.
