Be My escape
London. The morning air was crisp with dew and mist. The clouds were a dark gray. It looks like it was going to rain or had already rained. The cobblestone was stick and wet including that it had already rained. The clouds were threatening again. People were hustling and bustling. People were wearing raincoats and goshs and umbrellas were up just in case. The building lights were on in some buildings. It was 7:30 in the morning now. People were getting up and some people were going to work. Gabriella was in London was the day, getting some supplies for her classroom and some paint to paint her classroom because her classroom was bit dull. She hated dull thinks. She was smiling. She continued to walk down the street, looking and taking in the sights and sounds of the busy city.
Gabriella sighed and continued to walk again. She had a busy day today. She had to get a bunch of things. She sighed and spotted a sweet shop. Oh no. This wasn't the best thing for Gabriella. But she decided she was going to give them House points and sweets in her class. She was going to make her class fun and exiting. She smiled and walked into the store. She smiled. She saw a lot of different muggle sweets. Oh her class would love this.. She giggled to her self. Of course everyone was starring at her.Of course she was wearing a bright orange raincoat with hot pinkk rain boots. She shook it off and continued to look when she bumped into someone. She looked up and smiled. [/blockquote][/blockquote]

And I can't believe.
_______________________________
So in what we call a fit of madness later on, Albus Severus Potter decided to forgo the cafeteria food for lunch, as he did at least two times per week, and headed out to London itself to browse the shops around, and perhaps if he were lucky he would be able to get a good meal for a low price. While he was in a house that seemed to have only rich members in his alumni, Albus felt there was something important about saving money, and he wasn't willing to spend money like there was no tomorrow. No, he was somewhat of a scrooge in the making, what with his saving tendencies. Nonethless, it was a good habit, and he'd see who would have the last laugh when he still had money for a rainy day and the rest were grumbling about the demise of their financial status. Brushing his hair out of his face as he walked along the streets, hopelessly crowded because of the hour that he had chosen to come out, he spent half the time bumping shoulders with many people. At the end of this, Albus was sure, he would come out like a bruised banana. All black with the original color no where to be seen. Shuddering at the thought of that, he decided that the safest course of action was to duck into a shop first. Coincidentally, that shop just happened to be a sweet shop. Well what did you know? It seems he could satisfy his hunger cravings after all! Giving a big grin to the shopkeeper as he started perusing the shelves for food, he picked up chocolates and Bertie Bott's, the latter being a childhood favorite when he and his siblings would dare each other to try the ones no one ever wanted to eat. It had been disgusting, but ridiculously fun. Ah, what he wouldn't give to go back to those days once in a while. A nostalgic expression present on his face, he continued to browse through the shelves, unconsciously moving from one end to the other, although his gaze never once left the candy. And it was because of this negligence, in fact, that caused the initial bumping. He certainly hadn't seen Gabriella - he was too distracted! - but he definitely felt the bump. A wince on his face, since he had come in here to avoid bruising, not for more, he turned to see who it was he had disturbed, an apology ready on to the tip of his tongue. Imagine his surprise, however, when he did find out it was Gabriella. "Gabby?" he said curiously, although the happy expression on his face showed his true feelings for having seen her here. The corners of his eyes narrowing as his smile became wider, he pressed on. "Didn't think I'd see you here, but hey, what a coincidence!"_______________________________ [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Gabby looked up and saw Albus Potter. She smiled and nodded. Albus! Hello! Yea. its funny running, literally into each other. I am picking up some sweets for my Charms Class." She said softly. She felt happy. She looked at him. He was sure Handsome as ever. She really did like him. She saw him smiled. She pushed a smile on her face aswell. She looked around. She put down the sweets she in her hands. She knew she didn't have the money. She never did. She continued to smile at Albus. She took a deep breath What are you doing here? " She asked him softly. She wasn't really sure what to do. She played with her hands. Albus had always made Gabby nervous. They always had lunch together once every month, nothing serious, although.she would like something more, but she pushed that though from her mind.
Gabriella looked at Albus again. " So what are you doing for lunch?" She asked him calmly. She was pretty sure he would have a girlfriend about now. She meant look at him. He was handsome and had a great job, and she could barely support herself, and her daughter. She had a tough time with everything. She had clothes she had to wear that were 8 years old because she could afroad anything else. She sighed, and pushed the thoughts to the back of her mind. She was shorter that Albus. She looked up into his eyes. She loved his eyes. She remained silent until he decided to answer her questions.

What the world knows.

Giving a small laugh at her explanation, Albus inclined his head downwards to show that he understood. "Professor now, am I right?" he said softly, his eyes showing his clear amusement. Gabby was four years older than him, what with her being his senior and all, and she did like Charms a lot. Merlin knew how many times he had asked for her assistance when it came to the lessons, and he was proud to say that the O he got for that subject was partially due to her help. Surely, the students were in very good hands with this teacher. Raising an eyebrow as she asked what he was doing here, he gave a small shrug. "Hiding. It's too crowded outside, and I think I've got bruises forming from where I've gotten hit. Not very pleasant, mind you," he said with a small frown playing on his lips, to show his disapproval. Blinking as she asked about his lunch plans, he gestured at the candy shelves. "This, ma'am, is my lunch. Wasn't sure I had time to get a full meal, and I really don't want to go out on the streets again..." He gave a faint shrug as he talked, because you could not get him out there until at least one third of the crowd had disappeared, and he could at least see his own feet as he walked. Everyone was too eager to go somewhere to care about not hitting him, or something like that. "Yourself?" he asked, wondering too.Perhaps she had lunch plans, and if so, he would not waste her time anymore. That would be simply unfair. _______________________________ [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Gabs looked at him and nodded. " Yup. The charms Professor at Hogswarts. " She said softly. She looked at him and smiled. He could always make her smiled. " No I don't have any lunch plans. Do i ever? " She said laughing smiling gently. She was happy. She looked down at her feet. She always did that when she was sad, and not wanting to show her face very much. She looked at the candy all of it looked so yummy, but she couldn't buy any of it.She played with fingers. She laughed when he said this was his lunch. She shook her head gently. " That not a really healthy lunch you know that right Al' She said laughing. She stopped laughing. "well yo must have to go get back to work.." She said her smile fading and she gave him a sad smile. She didn't know what else to say. She touched his arm gently. " It was nice seeing you Albus." She said putting the candy back were she got it from, since she didn't have the money.
She sighed. She walked out of the door. The rain had stopped. She was tired. She spotted the same bench. She quickly wanted over to it and sat down and started to right down some things in her planer. She loved to right and draw. She was like a small child at the heart. She sighed and looked at the sweetshop. Would he ever know she liked him? Probably not because she wasn't going to tell him.

When the world comes crashing down.

He looked at her curiously, a small frown playing on his face. Nonetheless, he reserved any comments, only choosing to smile when she cracked the joke about lunch plans. He replied moments after, "Unless it's with me, am I right?" His eye twinkled with amusement as he looked at the items in his hands, deciding on both in one shot to buy back to the office. He wouldn't finish it today, and it would definitely last him for a long while, given how he seemed to never eat because he never had the time. He was over-worked, but the want to do something over-ruled the feeling of complaint and disgruntlement. Nah, he really did like his job. Surprised by the sudden change in expression, he raised an eyebrow, unsure what to make of this. "Gabs?" he asked tentatively, unsure how to go on. One minute she had been smiling and the next she hadn't. "Hey-" he started as she made to leave, but was unable to catch her before she did. Blinking as she left the store, the door swinging in her wake, he noticed that she didn't bring anything along with her as she left. Hadn't she meant to buy candy? The surprise was evident on his face. The plan in his head wasn't. Grabbing some licorice wands and chocolate frogs, he placed them on the counter, paying for them quickly. The Potters were a rich family since his own father's time, and Albus didn't really need to worry about money. But he still did, like the odd fellow that he was. Leaving the store, he glanced around, hoping that he had been fast enough to catch side of Gabriella before she had left. Sighing in relief when he spotted her on one of the benches nearby, he walked briskly in her direction, popping two chocolate frogs and the licorice wands into her lap. "My treat, alright? Don't look so down. I'll see you next week for our lunch appointment, mm?" He gave a grin, hoping that it was help. She did seem rather down, didn't she? _______________________________ [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Gabby smiled at him. " That you Albus. You always new how to bright my day. " She said putting the candy in her purse, and then she stood up and hugged him tightly. She let go after a few seconds. She was really happy. She smiled and looked at Albus and smiled again. "I will see you at our lunch appointment next week. Where do you want to met this time?" She asked softly, getting nudging him playfully. She really loved being around him. He was kind and smart and petty cute, but that didn't change they were still friends. She really did truly care about Albus, but the question was, did he care about her that much? Well he must have or else we would haven't bought her those treats.
Gabby continued to smile. " Yes Al, I do't do lunch with anyone else. Hey I was wondering, if you aren't busy, if you would like to come to my house and watch some movies with me and just hang out" She said softly, and waited for his answer. It would be totally cool if he said no. She would understand.

WE ALWAYS SET OURSELVES UP.

A shy smile, a nod of head, and that was his indication to her reply. He stiffened slightly at the intimate contact, not used to receiving hugs unless from family members. He wasn't that chummy around all his friend, least of all his senior from school. A small smile, and he nodded once again. "If you're late I won't forgive you, yeah?" he said teasingly, before running a hand through his hair again, and pausing as she fired yet another question to him. Eyes widening momentarily for a moment, he gave a small curt nod, before changing it and shaking his head at her second question. "Would love to, but the Head's got me running a few million things. Being second to him is a rather hard job," he replied with a wry grin, the plastic bag filled with his candies slung over his wrist and his hand itself was resting on his hip. "Another time, yeah? Say hi to your kid for me," he said. It was better this way, because Albus had to finish work early this week, if he wanted the weekend off to spend with his family. Plus, he wasn't sure he really wanted to go and visit Gabriella at the moment. He heard that she had a kid, and if his experience with Lily was anything to go by, Albus wasn't really much of a kid person. He'd probably worry too much than properly care for the kid, and that was a bad thing for the young tyke. As a Ministry Worker, he wasn't keen to have the idea of being charged of child abuse, what with the goal that he hoped to achieve in the future. Pressing his lips into a thin line as he waited for an answer, he glanced at his watch, realising the time. As such, he started retreating slowly towards the direction of the ministry. "Take care of yourself, alright?" _______________________________ [/blockquote][/blockquote]
